This disorder was like same of baby movement problem especially for little baby. Then he starts his research about it and in the last of 1860 he published his great article in a journal which topic was cerebral palsy. He did not mention who are mainly affected by cerebral palsy but in 1897 Sigmund Freud first described it. He told, most time cerebral palsy affected those children who born with a weak health position. He gave a controversial theory about the growing time of cerebral palsy. According his theory during birth baby also affected by this disease but from his time to now very few people can agree with his this theory. Most of the doctors think it’s not true. After so many debates in 1980 National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) thrown a theory that very few people affected by cerebral palsy according Freud theory.

When first invented cerebral palsy by Dr. William little it was 1860 and the medicine for this disease was not available. Still medical science can’t able to invent any medicine which can give perfectly any solution to remove this disease. First time accurate statistics was published in 1980 when they provided information that more than 35,000 children are affected by cerebral palsy disease. This theory takes all attention from medical society and many people started research to invent details about cerebral palsy. Science also classified this disease in to four parts
